VERY IMPORTANT about installation steps!!! Please kindly pay attention:
1/Firstly, there is a hole in the middle of bed. You must first grab the rope in the hole and lift the rope to the highest and keep it!!!
2/Secondly, lock the two short sides of bed, when you lock each side, you can hear a click sound, that means the side is fixed and locked.
3/ Still keeping the middle of bed in the highest state, then lock the two long sides of bed.
4/ After you make sure the four sides of the bed are locked, you finally can press down the middle of the bed.
●Please must follow these installation steps. If you find one side of crib can't be lock, it is not quality problem! The problem is you did not follow these installation steps! Because the middle of crib also have one lock, after the locks on all four sides of the bed are locked, the middle lock can be locked last.
